In Vinyasa Flow, students move through a specific sequence of poses, with the majority of the movements synchronized to the breath. Classes begin with centering and warm-up poses, with cool down poses and breath work at the end. This class is for ALL LEVELS.

This class blends gentle floor poses with slowly transitioning into a few standing poses that offer alignment and deep stretches. The last 30 minutes of class will be a relaxing Yoga Nidra journey, a proven antidote to anxiety and restlessness. You will enter the yogic state of Samadhi while remaining alert and conscious.  

WEDNESDAY Yoga Strength @ 9am

THURSDAY Vinyasa Flow/Restorative @ 5:30pm

This class uses the fundamentals of yoga poses to enhance muscular strength, stability and balance. Advanced students will be invited to go deeper with more challenging additions. The last 15 minutes of class includes breath work and floor poses to cool down.

Classes begin with centering and warm-up poses, with cool down poses and breath work at the end.  The last 15 minutes of class uses floor poses supported with blankets to alternately stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance. This class is for ALL LEVELS.

Passive use of floor poses to promote flexibility in the fascia tissues and also promote health and stability in the joints through alignment. Class will include centering, meditation and pranayama.
