MINDFULNESS MEDITATION with Paula
TUESDAYS 6 PM - 7 PM (Livestream through Zoom)
$11 per session or $30 monthly (4-5 sessions)
This weekly class will guide you in starting a meditation practice using mindfulness techniques. And you get your own personal Meditation Teacher & Guide! Whether you have always wanted to start a meditation practice or you already are a meditator, this class is for you. A regular meditation practice can help us live more authentically, with more peace, joy, and clarity. It can support us to not only survive but to thrive during difficult situations such as the current pandemic.
A regular meditation practice can help:
Meditating with others is a powerful experience that aids in calming the monkey mind and the heart rate. Your certified instructor will show you how to start and begin a life with less stress, increased well-being, and greater enjoyment of your life. Expect a short meditation and a longer, guided meditation with each weekly online session.
A mid-week check-in with Paula will also keep us on track. She is available for chats with questions and sends many juicy support links to us weekly. Don't Miss This!!!
THE GROUP MEDITATION EXPERIENCE
This NEW ENDING to your classes will sneak in a 10 minute meditation at the end of your asana class. The body will be set up on an inclined with your head higher than your heart to keep you awake. Your instructor will start off your meditation with a guided intro, pointing you into the state of being present.
